Shipping

We currently only ship throughout the United Kingdom, Great Britain, France and USA

As enthusiastic cyclists we know you want your bike gear so we make sure all in-stock items are packed and dispatched within 1 working day.* As soon as your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email notification.

We ship all of our wheels free of charge using Parcelforce. The shipping method delivers Monday to Friday.

We also offer a Saturday delivery service if that is more convenient for you. This option can be chosen at checkout. Please note, this follows our normal shipping schedule below, where any orders placed before 7pm on Thursday will be delivered on the following Saturday. For example; Order was placed 20:20 on a Tuesday: the order gets dispatched on the Friday to be delivered on the Saturday.

International Shipping:

For orders shipped to the internationally we ship via UPS at a fixed rate, postal time can take anywhere up to 10 days depending on location and other shipping factors. Any Tax, duty, import or customs charges is not covered by Strike Cycling Ltd / EFS Wheels.

Shipping Schedule

Orders placed before 7pm will be shipped the next working day, orders placed after 7pm will be shipped the following working day after the next. Example: Order placed at 10pm on Monday will ship on Wednesday.

 

Monday: Order before 7pm: Ships Tuesday by 24 hour service.

Tuesday: Order before 7pm: Ships Wednesday by 24 hour service

Wednesday: Order before 7pm: Ships Thursday by 24 hour service

Thursday: Order before 7pm: Ships Friday by 24 hour service

Friday: Order before 7pm: Ships Monday by 24 hour service

Saturday - Sunday (including bank holiday): Order before 7pm: Ships the next working day by 24 hour service

 

Wheels

Shipping for wheels is made via Parcelforce 24 hour tracked, you will receive a dispatch email including the tracking number. This tracking number will become active once it has been scanned through the national hub (generally within 6 hours of you receiving the dispatch email). Parts and Accessories

Parts and accessories are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for, you will receive a dispatch email including the tracking number. This tracking number will become active once it has been scanned through the national hub (generally within 24hours of you receiving the dispatch email). Returns

We’re sorry to hear that you want to return your wheels.

Head to our Contact Us page quoting your order number and fill out the contact request.  We will be in touch within 24 hours. Once we have confirmed your return, we will give you a RMA Returns Number and a returns address for you to return the item too. We will then email you once your item is back with us to arrange the refund. We aim to process all returns within 2 working days of arrival.

We offer a 28 day returns time with return postage at buyers cost. Packaging and return boxes are be sourced by the customer if the original box has been recycled.

Non EFS Branded parts such as Shimano or SRAM will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

*Subject to stock levels & cleared payment. Orders with tyre fitting will take an additional 2 to 6 days to process depending on businesses and lead time on accessories such as tyres and cassettes which we do not hold in stock (see product description).
